All samples are supplied based on availability in inventory at the time of the request. Samples are not produced to order. Specific colors, gauges, panel combinations, and special requests cannot be guaranteed, but we will try to fulfill your special request.
We aim to process all requests within two business days. If FedEx shipping was selected and accompanied by your account number, the request will be processed within one business day. Once your sample ships, you will receive separate tracking and delivery email notifications from our shipping software (tracking@shipstation.com).
